Series 8 Toolbox learning object: Develop creative and flexible solutions

The learner is presented with relevant information in a process through a problem scenario. The learner reads and follows a sequence of information where the problem is developed, a solution suggested and the outcome presented. The learner is presented with information and ideas in a sequential and directed fashion. Following this presentation, the learner engages in an interactive activity where a problem is presented and the learner seeks to practise what has been learned in a controlled setting. Feedback provides information and help to remedy misjudgements and errors. Source

After the interactions and activities have been completed a workplace activity is provided to enable the leaner to practise and demonstrate learning competency in a workplace setting. Source
