Scenario 4 Transcript

The staff I coordinate are all at different levels when it comes to e-learning, so implementing online delivery in my department was challenging. I did a quick assessment of skills levels. Then I used Part A as a professional development tool for staff who had minimal experience. Those who had some experience could progress straight to Part B. I was then able to team up staff to use the tool to begin a new project and save it. Teams were able to access each other’s work and compare progress. This tool is a great online mentor and for our team was the central point of building our team’s skills.
